Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Flowsstate (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Your account

• You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for the content you create and store in Flowsstate.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Flowsstate to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its AI features; or
• store content you don’t have the right to store.

Your content & ownership

You own the content you create in Flowsstate. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it so we can provide the Service to you. In team workspaces, content you add may be visible to other members of that workspace; the workspace owner controls membership and access.

AI features

AI features generate suggestions and summaries and can be wrong. Use judgment — don’t rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. When you use an AI feature, relevant content is processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans & changes

Flowsstate offers a free plan and paid Pro plans (monthly and annual, billed in CAD). Pricing is shown before you’re charged. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

Data & deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and how to make a request.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowsstate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of anything critical.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate.
