Everything below has actually shipped — this is not a roadmap. Fixes are listed alongside features, because what got broken and repaired says more about how a product is looked after than a list of additions does.
September 2026
- NewOnboarding now shows a real AI project breakdown — actual time-boxed steps and an honest "this is too big for one day" verdict — instead of just describing the feature.
- NewA quiet note when you've closed out seven days in a row. The shutdown ritual is the point of the app; finishing a week of it deserves saying so.
- NewYour remaining AI actions now show up next to the button that spends them, rather than only in the account menu after you've hit the ceiling.
- NewUnfinished work carries itself forward automatically each week, and the board tells you when it has.
- FixedThe Today header could show the wrong date — a day you'd picked on the board previously would stick there. It now always shows today, and corrects itself if you leave the tab open overnight.
- FixedTyping "finish the deck by friday 3pm" during onboarding parsed Friday correctly and then filed the task on the wrong day. The date you see is now the day it lands on.
- FixedTask editing worked only on double-click, which does not exist on a phone — so tasks were effectively read-only on mobile. There is now a real edit button everywhere.
- FixedThe Flow Score could reach the top tier on half a day's work, because a streak multiplied the number instead of adding to it. It now reflects what you actually did.
- FixedEvery API request was being sent twice. Pages load faster and the app no longer stalls when you come back to a tab.
- FixedThe billing screen could say "Your plan: Pro" and "no subscription yet" in the same breath during a trial. It now states one clear thing.
- FixedKeyboard and screen-reader fixes: dialogs close on Escape and hold focus, the account menu announces itself, and task priority no longer depends on colour alone.
- FixedOn mobile, the cookie banner could sit on top of the sign-up button and block it.
August 2026
- NewGoal roadmaps: name a goal and get a sequenced plan with real phases rather than a flat checklist.
- NewDaily off-site backups, with alerts if one fails or goes stale.
- NewPro, with a 7-day trial that needs no card. Everyone who signed up before pricing existed keeps Pro permanently, free.
- FixedAI features were failing for everyone: the underlying model had been retired earlier than announced. Now pinned, monitored, and swappable without a deploy.
- FixedCalendar sync wrote events in the wrong timezone, so synced tasks drifted by hours.
